If you're going by plane there are regulations about what you can bring on as hand luggage.
If you're sailing I see no problems.
You can take as much as you like in your suitcase if you are flying - if you want to take it in your hand luggage, you can only take 5 items and each must be in a container not more thatn 100mls, and all contained in a small clear plastic bag.

Going by plane, am I right in thinking there are just regulations on hand luggage, and all liquids can be confiscated ?

Thank you both.
To be honest, it's just as easy to buy it when you are out there, saves carting it about and gives you the extra bit of weight allowance in your suitcase.

Thank you very much I have taken a print out off that
is there really a five-item limit, boxtops? I haven't heard that one before, though some airports may impose it.
It`s up to 10 items of max 100 ml each. They`re supposed to fit into a plastic bag that holds one litre of liquid.
