looking for accomodation in newcastle next feb. travelodge wouldve done but its got the worst trip advisor reviews ive ever seen.!! anyone got any decent recommended places to stay.?? x

oops better be a bit more clearer on my question. i dont drive so the accomodation needs to be central-ish to the station. and not running up to £100 a night. thanks

OH has stayed at the Thistle Hotel (right opposite Central Station). Perfectly acceptable - wasn't paying personally, so don't know the cost.
