I was minding my friends shop for a couple of hours when a purple rinse tourist came in. She'd had a new watch battery (£1.99) fitted earlier in the week. Yesterday she dropped & smashed the watch. She came into the shop to ask if we were interested in buying the battery back!

How the hell has this ended up in Travel??????? It was supposed to be in Chatterbank.
Either gremlins are at work or I have early onset dementia.

... and environmentally sound as unwanted batteries need to be disposed of carefully
I bought our budgie a new packet of Trill in the supermarket, I think it was the day after that he fell off his perch, I took the Trill back and asked for a refund, explained the reason and got my money back. If you don't ask you don't get is one of my mottos.
