The Christchurch Harbour Hotel is actually at Mudeford. The restaurant offers two-course lunches for £14.50:

The hotel has very good reviews (with the food being described as 'wonderful') on TripAdvisor:

The distance from Christchurch Harbour itself will depend upon exactly where you're starting from. The map here makes things clearer and, by selecting the relevant section, you can find a description of the walk:

Do you mean Mudeford Quay? To walk from Mudeford Quay to Christchurch Quay takes about 25 mins or about 5 mins in the car.

If you are looking in Mudeford and like Thai Food then the Rising Sun in Mudeford is really good. Or there is an Indian round the cornder called Kashmir. If you like Seafood then the Ship in Distress is ok. Used to be better but it's ok. The Stanpit Fish and Chip shop is really good. There is also a small pub on Mudeford Quay called the Haven. It is really small but nice if you can get inside with the real fire.

If you are in Christchurch then Ye Olde George Inn is really nice but quite small. Or Soho is a bit more modern but nice too. I would not bother withe the Boat House on Christchurch Quay as it is overpriced and not very good.
