Car hire Sardinia

In a previous post I mentioned we're off to Sardinia. I wonder if when hiring a car I need to budget for hidden charges and has anyone got a hire company they would recommend or not as the case may be. Finally do I need an internation drivers license. Thanks

car hire insurance Excess can be scary but their added premiums to cover it excessive themselves.

Consider a policy with insurance4carhire.com before you go - then you can happily turn down additional insurance offered at point of hire
