Sometimes if you ignore the "if you want ... please press 1" robot voice, and don't press anything, the system thinks you have a very old-fashioned telephone - with a dial, maybe - and puts a human on to see what's wrong.
You can contact them on the number Chris has given or if you go to the help section on their site and click on that a live chat option comes up and you can chat to someone on there. If they can't help on that they usually give you the number that you need.
