Taking tablets on a plane

We are off to Cyprus on Saturday.

We are allowed to carry medication in hand luggage arent we?

Amlodipine and Simvastatin and Opti tears eye drops.
We know liquid eye drops have to be put in the case.

Yes in your hand luggage ( never in your main luggage in case it gets mislaid ).

Yes but you must be able to prove that they have been issued on prescription. If the eye drops are below the 100ml limit you can take them in clear plastic bag until you have passed through security.

Thats fine whiskeryron, I'd hate to lose them while on journey.

Ubasses, their only 15 mil. will pop to chemist for a print out to be on the safe side then for both our medication x

Good idea. Hubby always carries his repeat prescription in bottom of dosette box when we go.

just follow the 100 ml rule you can get mini bottles and sprays of most things from Superdrug and boots

You don`t have to take a copy of the presciption to take tablets on an aircraft. You only have to do that if they are in liquid form and in large containers, or you are going into the UAE.
