Having a moan about the TV coverage of the Jubilee. Most of the posters who called him misery guts were women. So ladies, the Euro football starts on Friday. All your soaps will be moved and disrupted. Most men will love it. I wonder how many women will be on here complaining about it. It lasts for 17 days I think. Just an observation on how we are all different.

And how long after the tournament starts till one of them says that football/sport should be on a channel of its own, not on the main channels?
I've got Sky+ so will just check nothing clashes. Can't be helped having the footie on, doesn't bother me.
I shall moan like hell about the football, until Wimbledon starts :-)
why do you assume we watch your earth telly anyway??
I don't watch soaps and my husband doesn't like football. Sorted. ;o)
Ditto, naomi!
Football/sport should be on a channel of its own, not on the main channels.

You asked for that bibblebub!

Personally I don't watch much TV but I'm happy for it to cover the main events in our country or in the world, whether they be sporting or celebratory. Anythings better than the daily grind of the soaps and situation comedies.

I don't assume anything humber. I was just comparing on how we are all different.
Girls - you can always watch soaps on t'internet.
I'll only be watching England's matches so not much viewing time there then.

Maidup. Most are happy to watch current events as long as it is what they want to watch.
^^ with naomi and boxy jez, tho thought the //earth telly// bit gave it away.

We are all different, so what little we watch it's news, natural history and science around here.

Blimey, that makes it sound like the long evenings just fly past..
It makes me bloody sick

Moving my Coronation street about for sodding football :0(
Coronation Street. Something on the Monopoly board, no?
Some of us ladies like the football and I am looking forward to it. then Wimbledon, and then the Olympics. I don't watch any soaps either.
Wow Mick, that swearing's a bit strong. Who's kicked ya dog?
Don't watch soaps, and shall be tuning in to the Spain games..
Love soaps!

Not ONE bit interested in the jubilee.....therefore changed the channels when something was on xxx

We are also looking forward to the Olympics, especially the Athletics.
Wimbledon is tiresome but if the weather's good I'll sit it out in the garden. I'll try not to moan about it on here nor provoke anti-wimbledon fever.
