Loch Lomond area is pretty.... though I'd head up to Grampian/Highlands.  Drop by Inverness/Loch Ness area.  I'm sure others will have more recommendations!

take the 'high road' from Glasgow past Fort William, along Loch Ness and end up in Inverness. It's FAB! Highlands deffo the best you can get
Where are you now? The north pole?  :-)  The Trossachs are beauitful, and my Nana's cousin (I tihnk) runs the Trossachs Trundler.  I think most people who've ever been to Scotland will claim that the bit they saw was the most beautiful... in my opinion it's a stunning country and you can't go wrong wherever you go! :-)
Go to Aberdeen and tour Deeside or - for truly wild beauty - go to Torridon on the north-west coast.
four seasons in a day, so take a brolly. Also some sort of force field to repel midges.

Just my opinion, but I would advise against Deeside and Aberdeen.

I would strongly second the advice about Glasgow to Fort William. The West Highland Way is pretty good. Fife is okish, but you have the beaches like St Andrews which are amonst the best I have ever been on, and St Andrews itself is pretty nice (prob gonna be busy just now).

The Ayrshire coast, Rothesay, Largs etc are very nice.

One of the nicest and most unusual places I have been is Tiree, on the Hebrides, unspoilt, empty, white sandy beaches, clear water, and the best sunshine record in the UK..definitely the UK's best getaway.

Aim for the northwest e.g. Go from Ullapool to Tongue via the old northwest coast road-I promise you won't be disappointed.Don't hurry and stay when you feel like it :=).The Summer Isles are less than well known but stunning btw.
I stayed in the Applecross Peninsula and had a great time spotted some eagles and wild stags.  I even proposed to my gf at Eilean Donan castle.
