I have an Oyster card, but I want to go online to see balance etc. I have followed all details and it wont et me sign in what can I do ?

Did you register it online? if not I doubt you can check anything. If it is registered, give them a ring, they're surprisingly helpful.

Thank you RR I did phone and it turned out all the info for passwords were taken even though they were coming up with a green tick, I had to keep putting in new ones until at last it took one x

lots of detail online about where you've been and where you've checked in an out... very useful for the security services in tracing your movements (or of course for you when you need to prove your alibi at the time of a murder).

Glad you got it sorted silka, it's great to be able to top up on line as sometimes there's a queue at the ticket office. My only bug bear is that I can't top up the kids cards online, doesn't make sense to me, especially when most parents want the peace of mind that their kids can get home.
