help me find a holiday!

i want to go somewhere later this month where i am virtually guaranteed sunshine every day. i loathe flying so i don't to go more than a few hours from the UK. i want to stay in a smart hotel - no less than 4 Star - overlooking sea but with a fab big pool, and absolutely no children! Can anyone recommend somewhere that fits that bill?

Morocco. Not as far away as you think, even if it is Africa. beaches on Mediterranean and Atlantic. Marrakesh ( not on the sea) has some splendid hotels, some with several pools. Morocco is outside the EU, so you can get duty-frees at airports. And you don't have to change your watch, as it is the same time zone. Well, for half the year it is, as they don't change their clocks when we do.
Agadir, Tangier, Rabat are on the coast, all have fine hotels.
