Hi all, I'm going to Istanbul next week on a bit of business but am only there for one night. Has anybody been there before who could recommend some sights etc. Many thanks.

Your hotel will be able to book you on a city tour (half day or whole day).  Whole day is better as there is plenty to see and it will give you time to visit the various sites etc.
