Monastir holiday in November
We are two 70+ year olds who have booked two weeks all inclusive at Delphine Ribat hotel in Monastir. We would really appeciate suggestions about places to visit we are fairly adventurous and well travelled) and an idea of costs of excursions. As the dinar is a closed currency are ATM machines the better option than changing sterling in hotel or bank?

Probaby a good idea to book package excursions to the ones further afield but a taxi or train might get you to closer ones.
Tunis itself it a bit of a hassle but the market is interesting and the Bardo museum has wonderful mosaics.
This will give you some idea of daytrip prices from Sousse (close to Monastir)
