Hi there I am not a good traveller and I am going to see my brother tomorrow in Dundee travelling from Perth only 22 miles. I hate travelling and I have been really anxious the last few days, nothing unusual with that for me. In order to avoid any problems I am planning on getting a country bus at 0715 that goes through all the villages and backroads and gets to Dundee at 0832 but I am wondering if it will be busy getting into Dundee at 0820 on a saturday morning obviously I will check the road reports before I leave.

it's not busy anywhere on a saturday morning.
gordie - no help with the road. But it is nice to see another Perth person on here. :-)

What about the train!
I'd get the train, gordie, if I felt like you.
I agree with Wolf, if you don't like travelling why drag it out to 1 1/4 hrs when you could it by train in a fraction of the time?
Hi gordie1,
Hello I was an anxious everything. I found someone that did EFT (emotional freedom technique). Try it you might be surprised.
During the week the train would be hell at that time, but at the weekend it would be quieter.

Hi there unfortunately I dont like the train either I get claustrophobic and I get the bus for free
The train at that time of morning will be almost deserted and will be a smooth journey......and over in 20 mins or so.

However, back to your original question I would have thought the bus will be pretty quiet as you are getting into Dundee ahead of most shop workers.
gordie1,
As I have said try EFT there are sites on YouTube that demonstrate how to do it. Though I think finding someone that is a good practitioner would be better.
Love,
Gavin

Hi there I have just tried EFT and I found it so relaxing I am feeling calmer already thanks very much
You have to imagine yourself in the situation that causes you stress. It sort of erases the neuro pathways that you use to cause the stress. Then when you are next in the situation you cannot remember how you felt.
I thought it was rubbish when I first did it then all my anxieties disappeared.
Much love,
Gavin
