There is usually shower foam in a dispenser in the bath and by the sink. They are basic but very comfortable.

The toiletries are a bottle of soap in a dispenser fixed to the wall.

Tea and coffee - yes
hairdryer - on request I think. You might get one but if not just ask at reception for one.
Toiletries - you get a shower gel and a small soap. You need to take shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste etc.

The hair dryer is usually in the room attached to the wall.

And no hotel chain ever supplies enough milk or tea-bags - take your own. Easier than trying to plead with reception.

I have always found Premier Inn to be good when asking for extra tea coffee etc. Usually give you plenty.
