Wembley Stadium
How long will it take to get from St. Pancras to Wembley Stadium on the tube?
We are trying to work out which train to get from Bedford to get us to Wembley Stadium by half past seven on Saturday evening.

gah, I'm getting my knickers in a twist again here, sorry. There are three stations. Wembley Stadium is much the nearest but you get there from Marylebone mainline station which isn't that useful to you as it's some way from St Pancras. Wembley Park and Wembley Central are about the same distance as each other but in different directions. I'd still recommend...

I'd still recommend taking the Metropolitan line straight from Kings Cross St P. It's an expressish train so only five stops, 20 minutes or so on the train.
Euston mainline station to Wembley Central is only about 10 minutes by rail but Euston is a good 5-10 minute walk from St P in the London weather, so no real gain, and I think (could be wrong) the service is only half-hourly.

godalmighty, I can't believe I'm making so many mistakes. The 10-minute journey time is Marylebone-Wembley Stadium. But Marylebone is more than a mile from St P.
From Euston to Wembley Central is 45 minutes by rail. Euston is 5-10 minutes' walk from St P.
St P to Wembley Park on the Metropolitan line is about 20 minutes and the change of train will all be inside St P (but may take a few minutes as its tracks can be some distance from one another).
So, remarkably, I still think my second answer at 19.22 was right... Time for a drink, I think.
