Am looking at a villa in/near to Calpe for a group of 50 year olds for a week next year and was wondering whether it is suitable for that age group. Really just need a bar or two, a restaurant or two and somewhere for a bit of shopping!

Calpe and that area would be perfect for that age group in my opinion. Not really a young persons resort and has a high number of brit expats. If a car is available there are also lots of other places worth a visit nearby such as Moraira.

As spud queen posted. Great area Denia worth a visit if you have a car also Xalo (Jalon) cooperative winery if you like wine
