Spanish family resort

Next year, my wife has suggested we take her parents (50's) and her niece and nephew (13 and 10) to Spain. We'd therefore need somewhere that has kids/teens clubs, a pool and decent self catering appartments that would have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Having never done anything like this before, I'd be grateful if any AB-ers could suggest some resorts/complexes that offer this sort of thing, preferably with free child places deals.

can recomend minorca in spain,lovely family enviroment,really clean,loads for kids to do ,and they have some lovely villas there with pools for a reasonable fee...check it out you will all love it well i did..!!!
