I booked tickets recently for a trip in July, but accidentally erased the ref No.
But surely if the booking went through, wouldn´t i have got a confirmation email?

I booked tickets through Virgin last week and I could only get my tickets via the email link that they sent me. Have you had an email?

no email
I'd give them a ring then, they should be able to find you. Did you book online? If so, see if there's a 'manage account' section on their website.

theres no manage account section on the website, nothing in my spam, will have to try ringing them.
Piggy, at the top left hand side of the website there is a sign in option, try there.
Perhpas you mistyped your e-mail address. Ringing seems the best option now.

i did phone them, but it useless, they wanted to know what train company i booked the tickets with. All i remember doing was going to the nationalrail website, selecting the tickets and buying them.
i looked at the sign in place, this was useless, because i hadn´t signed up when i bought the tickets.
