Taking Kids Scooter On Holiday?

we are off to santa ponsa in few weeks...we are thinking of packing our 6 year olds scooter for when we go walking down the front etc...is it allowed though?

I assume you mean on the flight rather than on the prom? If so check with the airline, I expect you will have to pay a supplement and it will be checked in to the hold like a buggy or golf clubs.

hi i mean when we go out for walks down the promenade etc..well it collapses and only weighs 3.5kg so was going in the suitcase to carry? i mean is it ok for him to use while out?some places dont allow scooters!

Can't say I have noticed anyone on one of these, but then I go in school time so not that many children about. Haven't noticed any signs saying that you can't use them though. If you go to the link below and ask either Annabelle or BritChick I'm sure that one of them will be able to help as they are regular visitors to Santa Ponsa. It's a lovely place with you being able to relax if you want or lively if you want that.

The only childrens items normally carried free in hold are, buggies, pushchairs childs car seats/ booster. I should think a scooters is a none essential item, and will have to be paid for.

Unless its small enough when folded to get in someones hand luggage.

i was going to fold and put in my main suitcase?it only weighs 3 kg so dont need to carry it through as an extra?

Check with the resort if it's allowed (but I don't see why not), then stick it in your suitcase.
