At Bucharest airport it is possible to buy alcohol and other products on ARRIVAL instead of on DEPARTURE.
If all airports did this it would avoid the problem of liquid explosives being taken on board.

But you can buy liquids as soon as you're through departures.

And you can buy them on arrival already.

Most airports (well all those I've been to recently) already allow this.

All liquids purchased at the airport have been screened and will be allowed on e flight. Its those that you bring in with you that are not allowed air-side.
