We are going to Florida in 4 Weeks and I have had mixed advice about purchasing theme park tickets before we go and while we are there. There are just the two of us going with no kids and we want to do a lot of them but not necessarily every single one. Should we buy a pass that covers the majority or just pay on the day?? Any advice would be welcome as I am very uncertain. Thanks

We bought unlimited 14 day passes for Disney and Universal because we didn't know what we would feel like doing each day. The Universal ticket was probably a waste of money but the Duisnney one was worth every penny as we went to a water park everyday to cool off.
We went to Florida twice a year for around eight years and never paid for tickets. We would attend time share presentations early morning...around 7.15 am ...listen and nod for 40 minutes...whilst eating our complementary breakfast.....make our excuses and leave with our chosen tickets f.o.c.
I think you need to plan and decide which parks you want to visit before you go and compare the daily entry charges with a 7 or 14 day pass.
We got good value from the Universal passes. They are a lot cheaper than the Disney ones, and my family is older than Sherrardks family and the new Harry Potter area and new Simpsons area were 'musts' for us. We also got good value from the Disney passes. I got mine tickets from Travel Republic before we went. Which area are you staying in?
