Flights Miami To Cuba

As far as I know, yes. A friend of mine has just gone (from the UK) and had to go via Mexico

I was at Frank Pais airport (Holguin, Cuba) two days ago.

On the apron was an American Airlines Boeing 737-800 having arrived from Tampa. This is the second time I have seen an AA aircraft at Holguin and I understand they run around 15-20 charter flights a week from Tampa and Miami to Holguin, Havana and Santiago de Cuba. I believe they are planning to operate scheduled services when the political circumstances allow.

You can fly from Miami to Grand Cayman and then on to Cuba using Cayman Airways.
