Hotel Near Almeria. Any Recommendations ?

My husband and I are thinking of going along the coast, east of Almeria for a few days in the summer. Can anyone recommend an hotel ? We are not into "All Inclusives " preferring small hotels, preferably on the coast, by the sea, and at our age, as much as we love children, we prefer some peace and quiet. Many thanks !
