That aircraft leaves Glasgow at 0700 to fly to Stansted. At 0845 it leaves Stansted for the return flight. It then leaves Glasgow at 1025 to return to Stansted. At 1205 it leaves Stansted to fly back to Glasgow again. The 1410 departure then sees it on its way to Chania, with the return flight at 2105 (local time).
That's 6 flights per day, which is typically what budget airlines would expect from an aircraft that's not exclusively working domestic (or near-European) flights. Full-fare airlines can sometimes offer more convenient flight times simply because they only use each aircraft for perhaps 4 flights per day.

that's a good 3 hours each way, isn't it? So it follows that from take-off to return landing will be 6 hours plus, no matter who you fly with. You could try looking for an airline that has more than one flight a day, but you'd probably find that the flights at halfway decent times are the ones that fill up quickly
