I don't remember ever seeing anyone who was drunk enough to cause problems.
On a recent flight there was a family of two parents and two very young daughters. The parents drank numerous G&Ts and wine- far more than I could drink without falling asleep/falling over- but they just seemed chilled and relaxed to me and didn't cause any problems. But I did wonder how they would cope once they had to negotiate the Spanish airport and find their hotel in a foreign country and how they could really be in control of their children.
It always amazes me how many people drink pints of beer or glasses of wine in an airport at breakfast time. I just don't feel like it when I'm flying.

Jno, just on your point away from the OP, If Cyclist's stopped in the area of vision which is 10 ft above the cylist, they would not be injured, I have been in a position myself with cyclist taking chances, don't forget, the Cyclist can see the HGV because of it's size, but the Driver can not see the Cyclist.
