Flight Delay- Claiming Compensation??

Just off a flight from Glasgow to Gatwick. Plane due to leave at 1125. Left at 1545.
Delay due to technical reasons.
How would I go about claiming compensation?

Both BA and easyJet operate on that route but a scheduled 1125 departure suggests flight BA 2957. In which case, the information you require should be here:

i just claimed from BA. phone customer services be prepared for long wait on phone for me it was 38 minutes , there is also a dedicated page on their website for the compo too but i prefered to do it on phone
