To the best of my knowledge, all Asda stores with filling stations offer 'pay at pump' facilities 24 hours per day. Indeed, at their newer stores, there are no facilities to pay by any other means. (Bury St Edmunds, for example only has 'pay at pump' available. There's no pay desk).

So I'm confident that you'll be able to get fuel at Asda, Oldsbury at any time.
