Does anyone know anyone who has been granted a VISA for a holiday in America with a Section 47 (assault) criminal conviction? I have an appointment with the American Embassy and am worried I will be turned down.

hi,, evan if u go get  a visa it still does not garantee u entry into america....

it will depend on the immigration officer,, he or she might evan go to his/her supervisor or ask you to go to a secondary immigration chk were u might or might not be accepted into the states....

hope u r succesfull in getting ur visa and entry into the USA...
