Country Hotel Recommendations with baby & dog?

Can anyone recommend any rural hotels, of any grade, anywhere in mainland UK that take dogs and babies and also will serve their restaurant meals as room service. We have a young baby, too young to take to dinner, can't sit up yet in a highchair and might disturb other diners.  Some hotels offer room service which turns out to be sandwiches or something of the like. We would like proper food as they would serve in the restaurant.  Please help me - I have had two breaks this year self catering but that is just swapping one sink for another for mum!! I want someone else to cook & wash up for me! Thank you...
