Glan Aber Hotel, Betwys Y- Coed

Might be going here with a walking group next summer. Just wondering if anyone has stayed here recently and, if so, what is the accommodation and food like?

I think that's a long shot. Not sure why you should consider ABers reviews more worthy than anyone else's.

I know Betwys very well Ellie. The Glan Aber is fine but not the "meeting place". You will find that everyone eats and has a drink at The Stables which is attached to the Royal Oak hotel just up the road. The Royal Oak is a bit high end accommodation but the attached Stables Lodge is perfect for walkers and hikers. Trust me.
