I'd use a comparison website. Then you'll be able to see what sites are giving the best prices. It can change from hour to hour. Make sure you don't revisit the sites time after time to inquire about the same holiday as the price may go up.

Just Google 'holiday travel comparison sites' there's the one with the Opera singer and the one with the Meerkats for a start.

As far as I know neither of those companies deal with holidays - just holiday insurance

Try the usual - Thompson, Easyjet, Monarch, First Choice - all good for families.
I expect it will be during the Easter holidays - not the cheapest time to go but can't be helped - so you will need to book soon
