Sri Lanka Tourist Cost Of Living

We are going to Sri Lanka in September on a 17 day holiday with Saga. Majority of meals are provided.

Would like some information as to the cost of drinks in decent hotels, how and where to exchange currency etc.

Any helpful information would be much appreciated.
