1y old wine. Gallon bucket of florets into 5lts of boiling water. Strain/ discard florets when aroma subsides. Add 2bags sugar, sachet yeast & cup lemon juice. Stir & boil all till sugar dissolved. Leave to cool, pour into 5ltr plastic container & forget it in outhouse till needed ;)

Finny - I use this recipe. Just cut the fish into fish finger sized portions.
