Am I Being Selfish?

We have found a almost perfect self catering apartment here in palachora Crete it really is almost perfect spotless and a reasonable price for a months stay,my question is should I keep quiet about it or should I share my good fortune with others such as Trip advisor?and maybe find it hard to get in future

I think if the owners of the unit you have found wished to have it widely advertised over the internet they would have found a way to do so.

Why not ask them?

A simple question, met with an unpleasant response by someone determined to find negative motives. A small minority of people on here seem to take out their personal frustrations on other users of the site, and can put others off ever posting anything.
jordyboy, you are obviously very pleased to have found this apartment that suits you so well. I don't think you need to feel guilty about not advertising it on Tripadvisor and other websites. Using these websites is your own choice. If the owners wanted it advertised more they could do so themselves. Just enjoy your holidays in the apartment, and let everything else take care of itself.

I wouldn't bother, it's probably well known anyway. I've found a fab place in Menorca and I already have to book it nearly a year in advance so I never talk about it on tripadvisor.

I assume you mean Paleochora. If so, my wife and I have stayed there many times, there are plenty of very nice apartments, studios, and hotels. Not exactly secret.
