I have a light tripod stool as in Mamya's link, Ric.....has a strap to go over my shoulder.....am sure you'd find a lightweight one with back straps.....x

Ric.....if you struggle to find one with two straps for your back consider one of those very thin and lightweight nylon rucksacks....a stool would pop in there.....x
