Never Ever Book Through This Agent/company ( Www.gotogate.com )
i have 2 terrible experiences with this company regarding luggage and flight times / delays
1 example recently i paid this agent to have my luggage up to 23KG hold baggage included but got to airport and the airline KLM made me pay again, why ? because gotogate did not send KLM the luggage invoice for me....made numerous complaints and send approx 8 emails to this bloody company and all i get is some nonsensical stupid reply like asking me for proof of my payment agin to KLM even though i have allready emailed them the proof / statement / receipt about 5 times allready, emails replies come about a week later ( thats even if i get a reply )
customer service is terrible.
flight time when i booked a long haul , this agent did not give me enough time to get my connecting flight, indeed the lady on checkin told me that this company did not give me any time at all to catch my connection , she told me it would be impossible and she even advise that i should book through reputable company next time .

Scanworld Travelpartner AB, which runs the GoToGate website, is based in Sweden. While the company is a member of several trade bodies, none of them are regulatory bodies.
So I doubt that there's anyone you could complain to. You could ask the Association of Swedish Travel Agents and Tour operators (which Scanworld Travelpartner AB is a member of) whether there's any complaints procedure for problems with Swedish travel agencies but I suspect that you'll be told that there isn't one:
