Holiday Rental Wells Next The Sea

Any personal recommendations for 2 bed self catering accommodation with parking in Wells?

"Well-next-the-Sea" and "parking" aren't two terms that sit well together!

I've carried out footpath surveys in Wells over several days, so I've ended up speaking to plenty of people who've been staying there. They've told me how good the accommodation is in several places, with the flats in The Granary (right on The Quay) particularly well-praised. Although there's not much free parking around there, a bit of googling shows that this flat in that complex comes with a garage:

This property also has off-street parking and gets very good reviews on TripAdvisor:

Greylag Cottage gets great reviews:

Brent Cottage gets fantastic reviews and has covered parking:

This might be the best of all though. It's in the development right next to The Quay that I mentioned above. Indeed, looking at the way that the balcony overlooks the Quay, I'm reasonably confident that a couple I spoke to were actually staying there. (They greeted me from the balcony later on). They had nothing but praise for it:
