I am sponsoring a teeneager in a place called HUSI, Jud. Vaslui, COD 735100, Romania - and I am preparing to send her a Christams present but I would like to know what the typical Romanian weather is like there, so I can send some appropriate clothing.

I worked there. It will be bitterly cold. The warmest clothes you can find.

late answer I know but anyway.....

"colder than us in the winter, hotter than us in the summer" would be my overall answer, so s/he'd want anything!!!

Husi is near the Danube Delta region (relatively not specifically).

BTW - "jud" means "near", ie Vaslui is a bigger town near Husi
