Post-Brexit this will still apply to any flight between the UK and the EU, in either direction, but no longer within the UK - because the former will start or end at an EU airport.
EU law as such will not be enforceable (by the EU, within/toward UK cases) after Brexit except inasmuch as the case in question extends to within the EU, the law on roaming being another example (EU based numbers will come under it, not UK based numbers). The UK will possibly pick individual aspects and decide to maintain/mirror some/all aspects of EU law but it is yet to be revealed to what extent this will happen - where it does not there will not be an equivalence.
