The restaurant used to be called the Hadrian At Wall, attached to the Hadrian pub. It always had a good reputation; people would drive miles to dine there. I've had many a lunch there in days gone by.

It's quite expensive...tasting menu of 16 dishes is £85. Has a Michelin star.

Bobbi, it's a small village called Wall, near Wark. The nearest town (I think) is Hexham, about 12 miles away.

The restaurant has an excellent reputation, we've been waiting a long time to get booked in.
