Taxi would be easiest - and very expensive.
It depends where you are staying in Paris...but the coach from GDG to Montparnasse is cheap and regular. There is a bus/transport information desk in arrivals.
Montparnasse Stn is a main 'Hub' so you can easily get to most places from there, or stay locally, its pretty convenient for most areas and has some superb restaurants (try 'Montparnasse 1900' !!)
The train is very easy and quick - and inexpensive. I went there in November on a day trip, flying with easyJet.
The station is under the airport. The ticket office speaks English and takes credit cards. There are fast trains and all stoppers - the platform indicators list the trains and stops. You have to change onto the metro, we changed at Gare du Nord, and that is dead easy. On the metro you have access to all central Paris.
There are pictures we took of the station at the airport here :- http://www.lisashea.com/lisastrips/yr2005/davincicode/sun/
(I was hosting Lisa Shea from the USA who has a major website about Da Vinci Code - we were researching the sites in the book, hence the comments)
