My mother needs a GHIC, but from what I see, it can only be obtained online ? Do the post office not have a form she can fill in? She has no idea about, or access to, the internet or computers, thanks.

Can you apply for a GHIC card by phone?
or by calling 0300 330 1350 from the UK or [phone] from abroad. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm (UK time). As the main applicant, you can also apply on behalf of your partner and/or any dependent children.
