Dominican Passenger Location Form

Hi anyone been to the Dominican lately we’re here now leaving a in a few days and been told we need to fill out passenger location form for leaving thanks a link would be great

As BigRooster's post refers to 'the Dominican', rather than to 'Dominica', it seems likely that he's referring to the Dominican Republic, rather than to Dominica. If so, this is the relevant link:

(It's easy to get those two countries mixed up. Plenty of people have flown to one country after having booked accommodation in the other!)
