I am going to The Sunset jamaica Grande resort in July - has anyone been recently. I have heard it has been refurbished is it any good? any tips on activities etc?

hi there haven't been there, but there is a site called Trip advisor (american spelling) which can probably tell you something about the place . the reviews are by ordinary people , telling their ezperiences . i've used it & found it good. just ask for Jamaica 7 then the spot you are going to .
