It Will Never Make It To Strictly

I'm looking to go on holiday to Dublin in a couple of months. We dont drive (not that we could take a car on the plane) but we want to get an idea what there is to do round there, where we can stay, how much things cost...
We're going in march, although we havent decided exaclty when. If i can find anything specific togo for then thatwould help me decide when to go!
If there's anybody here who's knowledgable enough to offer me some advice it would be appreciated!

During the day try Phoenix Park which is so big it has its own zoo and racecourse; Trinity College is worth a stroll; Grafton Street and Henry Street for shopping; Stephen's Green to feed the ducks or just chill in the sun (assuming you'll get some in March!).
Last time I went (4 yrs ago) I stayed in the Arlington Hotel by the Liffey; they were doing special deals at around 25 per person per night - check their website http://www.arlington.ie.
Despite what some people might tell you, I don't think Dublin is any dearer than anywhere in the UK.
Enjoy yourself! Failte go Baile Atha Cliath!
There's no need for a car in dublin, they have a train called the DART that runs all around the city and area. It only costs like 0.80 to 1.80 euro to where-ever you whant to go. Go around the rest of dublin too, out to some of the costal towns. Very pretty. Things are on-par / cost less than endland.
