B&B suggestions

Has anyone got any suggestions for Bed & Breakfast places with lots of character and charm on the route from Brighton, along the south coast to Land's End, then the north coast of Cornwall and Devon, Bath, Winchester, Tonbridge Wells, Folkestone? We're planning an 8-day trip.
