help!can 17year olds go on hols by themselves?

i am a 17 year old girl and am planning to go on holiday with 7 other 17 year olds but we are stuck as no holiday companies will accept us as there isnt a person over 18. could anyone recommend any villas or websites etc so that we could somehow book a holiday?it doesn't matter where as long as there is sun!thanks x

I actually turned 18 on a flight to Ibiza, but it was only because of this and that all my friends were over 18 that we were able to book. Most places won't allow a group of under 18's to book a holiday, and even places like Haven won't allow bookings unless there's an 21 year old or over in the group.

we've booked 1 through thomas cook, only needed a letter from parents saying we have permission to go. we are now going to magaluf! x

I work for a travel company and we allow 17 yr olds to go as long as everyone has written permission... someone like going places or any other high street travel agency should help you with it... think airtours allow you to do it.
