cycle weekend

does anyone know of a b+b/hotel close to a cycle hire shop anywhere closeish to London eg Surrey/Herts? I want to do some gentle cycling out in the countryside but don't own my own bike and make the most of the weekend by staying over in a nice b+b/hotel/pub.

Not all b&b's take cycles - the BBC 'Working Lunch' programme went out on bikes a lilltle while ago and when they went to check in to a b&b they were refused storage for the bike, so check before you travel it will be safe to have the bike as well.
