Do I need to get vaccinated to go to Spain and if so, how do I go about it?

No you don't need vacinations for Spain but worth getting the E111 form from the post office. Also, the chemists in most pharmacies are qualified to GP standard and can even give anti-biotics without prescription. hey also usually speak good english.
There is no E111 anymore but do take the equivalent form with you.
It is now apparently the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).

No but get yourself an Elll form from the post office. If you need medical treatment do not go to local private clinics - they charge a fortune up front.


Find the local hospital and show your E111. I had to go into hospital there three years ago I spent 4 days in hospital and got fantastic treatment and it did not cost a bean

When you are in Spain - stock up on what ever medication you need - it is cheaper than in UK. You can by anything - The prescription drugs my husband needs I can get for under 5 euros a packet. Much cheaper than UK
